A cup of Koffie ?

Depuis le printemps 2013, les habitants de Sainte Foy apprécient se retrouver autour d'un chocolat chaud dans ce nouveau café culturel : Le Koffie.

Cet endroit connait un succés considérable grâce à ses choix de boissons et plats variés et ses propriétaires absolument géniaux : Kees et Marie-Jo.

Grâce à la chaleur et à la convivialité de ce lieu unique en son genre, beaucoup d'artistes viennent exposer leurs créations pour le plus grand plaisir de chacun.

Une majorité d'étudiants de notre lycée y vont pour partager un moment privilégié entre amis ou simplement pour étudier.

Ainsi, nous nous sommes permis d'interviewer notre ami Kees concernant son point de vue sur Sainte Foy et son économie.

Interview :

" Que pensez-vous de Sainte Foy ?

- Sainte Foy a été une ville magnifique, il fut un temps, maintenant, en partie à cause de la fermeture de nombreux magasins, son économie demeure en baisse. Elle reste tout de même une ville multiculturelle, par ses habitants provenant de différents lieux.

- Que pensez-vous des habitants de Sainte Foy ?

- En majorité, les habitants de Sainte Foy sont des personnes d'un âge plutôt avancé, hormis les étudiants venant très très souvent, nous ne voyons pas beaucoup la population de cette ville entrer dans notre commerce.

- Que pensez-vous de l'économie de Sainte Foy ?

- Elle est clairement en baisse.

- Vous êtes venu à Sainte Foy par choix ou par obligation ?

- Les deux, je suis venu ici par accident et je ne pouvais ouvrir un commerce dans mon petit village qui est bien trop petit, avec trop peu d'habitants. Sainte Foy reste quand même plus grande.

- Connaissez-vous l'Irlande ?

- Je n'y suis jamais allé mais j'en ai entendu parlé.

- Si vous pouviez résumer Sainte Foy en deux, quels seraient-ils ?

- Quelle merde ! (Rire)

Since spring 2013, the inhabitants of Saint Foy appreciate to find themselves around a hot chocolate in this new cultural coffee bar : The Koffie.

This place knows a considerable success thanks to its choices of drinks and varied dishes and its absolutely brilliant owners : Kees and Marie-Jo.

Thanks to the heat and to the conviviality of this unique place, many artists come to expose their creations for most great pleasure of each one.

A majority of students of our high school go there to share a moment favored between friends or simply to study.

So, we allowed to interview our friend Kees concerning his point of view on Saint Foy and its economy.

" What do you think about Sainte Foy ?

- Sainte Foy was a beautiful city, it was a time maintaining, partially because of the closure of numerous stores, its economy remains decreasing. It remains all the same a multicultural city, by her inhabitants resulting from various places.

- What do you think of the inhabitants ?

- For the greater part, the inhabitants of Sainte Foy are persons of an age rather advanced, except the students coming very very often, we do not see a lot the population of this city entering our business.

- What do you think of the economy of Sainte Foy?

- It is clearly decreasing.

- Did you come in Sainte Foy by choice or by obligation ?

- Both, I came here accidentally and I could not set up a business in my small village which is very too small, with very few inhabitants. Sainte Foy remains all the same bigger.

- Do you know Ireland?

- I never went there but I heard it spoken.

- If you could summarize Sainte Foy in two, which they would be?

- What a shit ! (Laughing out loud)
